Our existing borrowers repeatedly tell us how much they appreciate our speed of funding and creative financing solutions. We can often approve projects and fund within 14 days of receiving information from the borrower. Our creative structures may allow you to accomplish more than with traditional financing.
We realize that the loan to cost ratio is important to you; therefore, we may offer more aggressive rates than many lenders, especially for strong credit tenants.
We value long-term relationships where we can grow together and fund multiple locations each year. Generally, our capacity to fund per location is between $1-3 million. We may even be willing to put together a Master Agreement allowing you to build more projects.
