Mr. Peery has been a partner at Cherokee & Walker since 1999.
Over the course of his career with Cherokee & Walker, Mr. Peery has been involved in more than $1 billion of real estate, private lending, and venture capital transactions in various asset classes. Mr Peery has been instrumental in the formation of many companies, including Rockworth Companies, Rimrock Construction, Cornerstone Concrete, Red Bridge Capital, Inthinc, TopNoggin, Fortius Financial, Cottonwood Residential, Vital Signs Staffing and Wentworth Senior Living Services. He has also managed investments in Campus Book Rentals, Visible Equity, Financial Guard, Symbii Home Health, among others.
Previously, Mr. Peery worked for Ernst & Young in Salt Lake City. Mr. Peery received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Wilson has been a partner at Cherokee & Walker since 2014.
Mr. Wilson has been involved in finance for over 38 years. He was the Vice President of IML Freight Credit Union for five years and the President of Hercules Credit Union for an additional five years. He was the President and co-founder of a small consumer loan business that sold to Dollar Financial in 1999. From 1999-2014 he co-founded Progressive Finance, LLC, a Lease-to-own Company of which he was the President from 1999-2014. He sold 70% of Progressive Finance, LLC in 2012 and the remainder of his ownership was sold to a public company in 2014. During this same time he co-founded Progressive Lending a consumer loan business that sold in 2012. He is currently the Co-Founder and CFO of International Document Services, Inc. which provides loan document software and services to mortgage companies, banks and other financial institutions.
Mr. Jenkins has been a partner at Cherokee & Walker since 1999.

Previously, Mr. Jenkins worked for a local real estate development company in Salt Lake City. Mr. Jenkins received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah and a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Previously, Mr. Spencer was a Vice President of Acquisitions for a local real estate operating and development company in Salt Lake City. Mr. Spencer received both a Bachelors of Arts Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Prior to Cherokee & Walker, Mr. Clegg worked for Mantyla McReynolds, a plublic accounting firm in Salt Lake City. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Clegg received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Prior to Cherokee & Walker, Mr. Erickson was president of SunGard Expert Solutions, one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of SunGard Data Systems, a $4+ billion global software provider.
After receiving an Associate Degree from BYU-Idaho, Mrs. Baird went on to provide support in the medical industry. In her position, she worked with hundreds of doctors and patients nationwide, and was responsible for distributing inbound communication in an accurate and timely manner. The focus on patient care helped shape a friendly and client-oriented attitude, which carried over into her current position.
